Interacts with customers via telephone, email, text, and in person to provide support· Collect and process orders for both new and existing customers · Fields customer calls & questions. · Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries & comments. · Process and follow up on profiles through completion · Assist in the compilation and distribution of reports · Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions · Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills, knowledge, and safety · Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention · Actions to be in progression of securing the sale, business growth, and solidifying the relationship. · Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and provide the best customer service. · Adapt to changing customer needs and personnel - be flexible in resolving customer issues, changes in customer requirements, and support procedures. · Responsive
